COOL is comprised of independent libraries that are striving to provide innovative library services, while being more efficient and prudent with diminishing public resources. COOL uses Evergreen, an open source ILS, to connect users of member libraries with collections from around Ohio. Visit http://www.cool-cat.org to search the consortium catalog.
